assist in various aspects of HSE areas.
Should anyone need any info in the regard of Kazakhstan
regulations and HSE, Work permits and general inquiries, I will

this is to general question, what exactly you are looking for?
The regulations are split in to the following sections:
Labour
Onshore/Offshore
Fire
Environmental
Construction
Manufacturing
Sanitary
Electrical
Welding
and etc., you name it
What I was saying is I`ll give my recommendation or advice, but
you need to specify the question
