Risk assessments are by their very nature highly specific to the
task and the conditions that exist at the time. The same activity
may have different risks at differnt times on the same project. For
example, pouring concrete for walls and floors would have a
different set of risks when preparing a basement or foundations to
creating the 10th, 20th or 30th floor of a high rise block.
Therefore risks assessments have to be done when required and
reviewed regularly. It is a process and a risk assessment from one
construction site cannot be generically applied to another site.
