HSE People - Health and Safety Community

Dear All

i have to write a report and produce a presentation and traing pack about a health and safety legal breach. I want to keep it within my own work sector (working with young people in a training sector - work placements - apprentices etc). Does any one know of any "juicy" cases that I can really get my teeth into to base my report around? any help will be much appreciated.
