They are currently recruiting for the position of HSSE Coordinator II, based in Houston. Job Description Coordinate and maintain all Training in reference to Safety, Regulatory and Technical Training Maintains the Required Training Matrix for the SPU Interfaces with course content owners to ensure all courses are maintained with up-to-date information Reviews courses for potential efficiencies Coordinates responses to requested training deviations Review and update individual role profiles to ensure proper requirements for training Team interface with Company SMEs for impact on current curriculum, support development and implementation Provide support to offshore facilities with specific requests outside of current course offerings New and certification approval Coordinates Assessments for HSSE advisors, and follow-up development plans Coordinates development opportunities for HSSE staff Implement various OJT training initiatives Work with terminal, district and regional managers to develop and execute a training plan and to monitor, track, and communicate progress for each activity and strategy Develop, coordinate and execute the district training requirements Coordinate OJT for employees in the East Pipeline Business Unit (PLBU) region Deliver skills training for field personnel within the PLBU Train and qualify employees to achieve US Pipelines and Logistics' vision as a safe and reliable operator Coordinate with various vendors to conduct training sessions Balance the responsibility of the whole training and development arena Deliver training via teleconferencing, on-site and virtually Assist and develop with training development, curriculums, initiatives and assessments Facilitate group training within the region and PLBU Focus on delivering skills training, and skills and requirements of field personnel Balance the training responsibility by understanding of the whole training and development arena Maintain the training curriculum with a fair amount of administration Support 24 facilities and be responsible for group skills training within PLBU This is a contract position.
