Job Description
Our client is an international energy services company operating
in engineering & production facilities, well support and gas

As HSE Manager your main responsibilities will include
Setting HSE strategy and tactics for delivery of HSE
excellenceEnabling and facilitating development of an Injury and
Incident free safety cultureEnsure project performance is
measured against company Goals & Objectives and in alignment
with Core Values Ensure that HSE plans are developed and
supported for all project activitiesCoordinate the development
and delivery of an HSE Improvement Plan on an annual basisCreate
and implement an HSE audit plan, conducting HSE audits, both on
and offshore, to ensure compliance to all required legislation,
policies and standardsEnsure robust incident management through
to implementation of lessons learnedManaging HSE resources both
offshore and onshoreManagement and development of company, client
and contract interfacesProvide a high level HSE support and
advice on project specific issues including but not limited to
risk management, safety assurance, health management, HSE
reporting and behavioural safetyEstablish and maintain a strong
interface between Technical Safety and Occupational Safety,
throughout the projectsEstablish and maintain a networking
process, between the Operating units and the various contracts by
regular communications and meetings
Education & Qualifications: Computer literate and competent
in Word, Excel, Synergi & Powerpoint softwareNEBOSH
CertificateNEBOSH Diploma / NVQ Level 4 IOSH (Preferable)Trained
in Accident Investigation, i.e. TapRoot systemsFormal audit
qualification preferred Specific Training / Specialist Skills:
Fully conversant with the requirements of UK, onshore and
offshore regulatory requirementsStrong planning and
organisational skillsAudit experience and incident investigation
skillsUnderstanding of emergency responseUnderstanding of ISSOW
Experience: Broad HSE experience plus project
experienceManagement experience preferredProven track record on
managing interfacesQuality experience preferred but not essential
