Structures Limited is a reinforced concrete, groundworks, and
railway civil engineering contractor. We undertake
major projects within the residential, commercial, student
accommodation and rail sectors.
Following
the award of several new contracts and our continued expansion,
we are looking to strengthen our
HSEQ
team in the capacity of a permanent visiting health and safety
manager for major new construction
projects
throughout the midlands and the M6 Corridor.
The
ideal candidate will have the following:
• Must
have a CSCS card – Category - Safety Manager
•
Excellent interpersonal skills and computer literate
• Not
afraid of hard work
• Be
prepared for significant amounts of travelling and occasional
overnight stays
• Be
pragmatic, energetic and assertive
• Can
manage their own time and work with minimum supervision
•
Preferably be CMIOSH or working towards it (GradIOSH) and have a
demonstrable record of CPD/IPD
•
Minimum of a Construction NEBOSH Certificate
•
Minimum 5 years’ experience as a safety professional in the
Construction Industry (ideally in civil
engineering
or RC Frames)
• Not
afraid of heights
• Full
clean driving licence

Experience of carrying out quality/environmental audits
