Ronnie, RWC is always a tricky one and I had many a
discussion/argument with the medical proffesion and line management
especailly when it is "light duties" etc. It becomes another issue
when it comes to RIDDOR reportables and is the guy actually off
doing another job etc...minefield eh?
Have you a particular issue with RWC?

RWDC , is an injury , other than a fatality or LTI which result in
a person being medically
unfit for full performance of regular job on any day after the
occuptional injury
