if u would like to make risk assessment in any workplace area u should observe ur workers behavior .how they do they works the steps they following it to do there works.watch them far .u should ask them but the better u ask the experience workers about how they do thier works and the hazards they expose to them and through that u shall observe the work steps . shall decument any thing u seeand when u get start u shall considered some of factors such as the workeres age,phisical condition ,body condition etc....

Hi Asif,

This is always a tricky thing to address. As I'm sure you know human behavior actually drives most workplace injuries. I'm not sure of the figure but according to our training materials a large majority of injuries are caused by carelessness and other human behaviors.
