among these post, who is who

Occupational Hygienist
Occupational Physician
Ergonomist
Health Physicist
Radiation Protection Advisor

There is no confusion. Different organisations have different job titles, it is the same for every profession. You look at the job description and CV of an individual to determine what they are qualified to do.

I think, I will go with that. Is just that when in need of a new job, you may think on how to structure your CV. for instance, a holder of NEBOSH certs or others may wish to know the rank they are qualified for.

Specifically, my NEBOSH ITC in oil & gas operational safety is on going; some offers may not go well with such qualification. In oder not to be a professional misfit, its good to know what offer to acept ot turn down.
