Hello guys,

I have an urgent need to develop a policy for managing the consequences of contravening safety policies. Its like a consequence management policy. Please, if anyone has any info on how to go about it, or a template, I willl really be grateful.

The best one I ever saw was from Shell, their Just Culture Model. I haven't got the details of this model but it is discussed elsewhere.
