Global HSE Director, who will report into the Global VP of
Operations and have responsibility for a team of 30

Key Requirements
• Driving implementation of HSE changes in legislation across the
business.
• Setting and providing guidance to the business management teams
via the HSE functions in the organization
It is essential that all applicants applying for this role have a
proven track record of working at director level within a major
manufacturer.
Profile of candidate:
• Experience of industrial health, safety and environment
management is essential.
• Experience in a senior management role - the candidate should
be used to working closely with senior directors in the
development and implementation of strategies for the area of EHS
• Detailed knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment
legislation, processes and requirements
• Expertise with ISO 9001, 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Fluent in English. Another European language is advantageous

there is flexibility where the person is based in Europe, close
to one of the manufacturing sites.
