You don't sound like an anorac Ray. But it is nice to find a site
where opinions, however different are able to be heard and for us
to be informal as well . Also such a good cross section of folks
from different countries and experience.

Thanks for a site where we can be more helpful to each other as not
constrained by the IOSH rules.

Thanks for the kind words. I hope to be able to use my specialist
expertise to help other members, and at the same time perhaps find
some who need our professional services. I say "our" because we are
a small team. I hope that my daughter (Dr. Helen Taylor), who works
with me, will also join. Her PhD is in "New techniques for
occupational skin health surveillance". Helen runs regular courses
on how to set up and run a skin health surveillance system. I run a
regular course on risk assessment and risk management for skin
exposure. You will find more information on us and our services on
our website ( www.enviroderm.co.uk). According
to some authorities we are the only consultancy specialising in our
particular aspect of health and safety anywhere!

This is primarily a social networking site not a recruitment site.
Recruiters post their jobs in the forum and applications are made
directly to them and no records are held by the site. Because of
this it would not be possible to create a "Job Application Folder"
for each member.
As most recruiters post email addresses in their job ads it would
be a relatively straightforward matter to c.c. yourself in each
application email and place the resulting email in a suitable
folder in your inbox, providing you with an instant record of all
applications, including any attachments in the emails.
