Corporate HSE Manager & HSE Manager
• Establishing, implementing and maintaining HSE policies and safety management systems, whilst ensuring compliance with Occupational & Safety Legislation and client’ safety requirements for 3 factories and job sites located in numerous countries.
• Conducting detailed studies encompassing critical aspects of quality, health, safety and environmental requirements of all key operating divisions.

Project Manager
• Spearheaded the assigned construction projects right from conceptual development stage through final construction and ensured project completion within the scheduled deadline.
• Analyzed project inception plan and created a schematic layout in view of key quantifiable parameters encompassing estimation of takeoff costs, reviewing project constructability, scope of work, sub-contracting requirements, project profitability and scheduling.
• Planned construction schedules and milestones, monitored progress against established schedules, checked for variations and proposed suitable modifications to maneuver project within time/ cost overruns.
• Applied high-end project management concepts like critical path management, material and human resource management in planning and efficiently organizing the site facilities to meet deadlines.
• Delegated and reallocated work to the subcontractors in accordance with specialized technical requirements and ensured that all the operational requirements are adhered to.
• Identified project deficiencies affecting quality and safety requirements and coordinated with HSE Manager and QA/QC Department to implement corrective measures.
• Attended weekly meetings with the clients and owners' representatives in order to keep them abreast of project progress.
