I am an enthusiastic Health & Administration Management graduate and an experienced nurse-practitioner who is committed to perusing a career in Occupation Health and Safety.
I have a significant experience in dealing with Health and Safety issues in NHS Hospital settings. I hold a NEBOSH National Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety and looking forward to doing a Diploma.
I constantly work on improving of my communication skills in everyday's work, as well as, in my role of a Health and Safety Representative, where I represent colleagues on matters of health and safety and advise them on safety issues and safe working practices.
I possess a good knowledge of Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and the following regulations and have experience in workplace inspections, risk assessments, audits, training, MHRA and RIDDOR reporting. I also carry out a lot of voluntary work for the Risk Manager of the Royal Surrey County Hospital with organising and undertaking a number of projects: preparation of new H&S Policies and Procedures, workplace inspections, risk assessments and annual audits.
I am a holder of a full clean UK Driving License and possess proficient language skills in English, Russian, and Bulgarian. Moreover, I have experience of using industry standard IT systems as: Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, Email, Internet and Medical IT Systems- Oasis, Emis.
I am highly disciplined and determined in achieving professional realisation, and would relish the opportunity to work towards challenging targets in a constantly demanding and changing environment.
