Reporting to the EMT responsible for all Health, Safety, Environment and Quality matters for AAG Swepco. The development of training packages in keeping with a continued learning programme. The advice and direction on all SHEQ matters. Company inductions, introductions and audits. Incident / accident report investigation. Assistance with the preparation, processing and review of Method Statements including COSHH assessments. Supply and compile information as required to assist in the compilation of period reports. Improvement initiatives. Company and site safety compliance, targets and measurements, site inspections and audits. Subcontractor / consultant assurance and competence checks. Compiling and updating company policies and procedures, environment management system and safety management system. Arranging in-house and outside training for employees on safety issues. Dealing with accreditation institutions I.E – TUV (ISO 9001 – 2000), UVDB (United utilities vendor database) and all audit teams. KPI’s for monitoring of and improvements recommendations.
