I am (Jaime Churio) a professional graduated in the University of Arizona, Business Administration
(Tucson), class’78. Master degree in Management in the University of Scranton Pennsylvania, class’80.
Safety / Health and Environmental Specialist, class 81 in the University of Zulia .

I have more than 28 years of experience in the oil industry, construction, petrochemical and seismological,
with national, international operators and contractors.

Languages: English, Spanish and Little Arabic.




TECHNICAL HIGHLIGHTS AND ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Creation, translation of corporate HSE procedures manuals for different national and international’s contractors for the national oil industry and construction industry. As HSE Instructor, also prepared Instruction related HSE for the contractor’s personnel.
Full interaction with work-force regarding HSE and proper procedures in order to develop a smooth and safe operations. Get the info (after collected while interacting) bring it to the Line Management, gather and distribute information of an HSE Critical Nature.
One of the priorities of the HSE Personnel is to advise to the work force working in any company/facility that involves important Processes such as Operators, Contractors, Sub-Contractors and many others. Such advice is related Safety, Health and Environment in such a way they can obtain a Quality and Professional Final Product, based in National and International laws, rules and regulations; where the workforce is involved, which work directly or through Contractors. Such advice and support is based in the Integral Safety applied to the Production Process.
