  If you are interested in any other tricks to prevent claim culture in the work force, please get in contact. I actually got my last firm a yearly premiums reduction of over £100,000 , through judicious use of safe systems and a heavy safety training programme run in house and at relatively little cost to the firm. I got to the point of turning back 45% of ALL potential claims by the work force having a high degree of training and signing training documents which stated Section 7 clauses within them.
