I am highly motivated and conscientious as well as persevering. I have also learnt to develop a flexible approach to my work and consider myself as punctual and reliable. In my role as an Occupational Therapist, I developed good communication and problem solving skills. My experience in both the mental health and Learning Disability sectors has required me to ‘make decisions and weigh up risks on a regular basis’. Team working and ‘people skills’ are other essential elements to my working. I would consider myself to be assertive in nature but also view myself as both genuine and sensitive to others. I have a keen interest in Health and Safety and have been dedicated to raising standards in the workplace since my inception as a Health and Safety Rep (1998).
Since then I have been acting into Health and Safety Advisor roles within the PCT, having just completed a 9 month secondment to cover maternity leave. This role involved that of Patient Safety, Risk Management and Health and Safety advisor.
I obtained the Nebosh certificate in 2005 and have just successfully completed the Diploma- at Grad IOSH status. I am also a manual handling trainer with a specific interest in back care and have a qualification as a DSE assessor.

But i dont have any job experience..please be kind enough to help me... -

Thanks for getting in touch. We have been aware of a few of these messages recently. We have put in place membership approval so these people can no longer get on the site. If you was contacted through a site message then i just need the user name of the person. Anyone sending spam is instnatly deleted from the site. And I encourage all members not to reply to anything that even sounds slightly dodgy as it will only act to encourage the spammers to target our site.
