  Hello Alappuzha, I am fine. I live in australia working on a iron ore mine site as safety officer. I have been a safety officer for 3 years now, yet only new to mining for 1 year. Before that I was in Oil and Gas. Hope to share many ideas with you. Keep smiling.

  According to the Academy of General Dentistry, flossing
  is just as important as brushing for teeth and gum health.
  Flossing helps remove the debris and plaque that stick to
  teeth and gums in between the teeth. It also helps control
  bad breath and polishes the tooth's surface. Water picks
  and electric flossing are not as effective as manual
  flossing. Floss at least once a day.

  September is National Alcohol and Drug Addiction Recovery Month. Your workers know that these addictions are harmful to them personally, but you need to also impress upon them that drug and alcohol addictions are potentially harmful to co-workers as well. Outline for them the following hazards of workplace drug use:
  
  * Increased accidents and safety violations
  o Distorted perceptions of time, space, and distance
  o Slower reaction times
  o Increased carelessness
  o Unsafe machine operation
  * Increased absenteeism and tardiness
  o Increased workload for other workers
  o Difficulties in reaching production goals
  o Lower morale of other employees
  o Other health problems
  * Increased number of criminal incidents
  o Theft of property from company to support a drug habit
  o Theft of money from other employees to buy drugs
  o Irrational or violent encounters with other employees
  * Increased errors and defective products
  o Expensive rejections and reworking
  o Customer dissatisfaction and complaints
  o Loss of sales
  o Possible loss of government contracts
