A highly self motivated, customer focused; dedicated, persistent, results orientated Health, Safety and Environmental management professional, with a solid, practical, approach to achieving the levels of activity necessary to achieve as a minimum, legal compliance, and a dedication to achieving best practice standards in HS&E management. While searching for a permanent position I have continued to enhance my skills and knowledge by taking on interim positions. It is my belief that HS&E management must be an integral element of any successful organisation, providing solutions to enable, and not obstructions to, the processes of the organisation. Positive attitude in this aspect, can, I feel, only add value to the organisation, its management structure and its reputation, while reducing the potential for direct and indirect losses to occur. My experiences have created a tolerant but decisive individual who has the ability to build effective working relationships in the most severe of conditions, business, cultural and linguistic, providing an excellent communicator, who can demonstrate the ability to work with and mentor individuals through all levels of the organisational structure. I firmly believe my skills and knowledge will be an excellent addition within any organisation. I am looking for a challenging and rewarding role where my in depth knowledge and experience of HS&E management can be put to best use, and add long term value to the organisation.
