by bob youel 1 year agoU do not need tons of different arguements U need a sensible risk assessment just tackling the simgle issue and then a sit down with the client followed up by a walk together in the rain trying to get on with hand ons [digging etc] site work whilst U both wear specks - get the clients R7 person to attend
If that does not work accept it or throw the towel in as some clients cannot be educated -

Opened the issue to discussion to see how other people tackle the problem and what solutions they have come up with. It is an old argument and there has been some interesting responses.
We are currently looking at getting some different types of specs to try out and it seems many are of the opinion that it is down to Risk Assessment.
