The global pandemic, a shift to hybrid workplaces, and intensified investor interest in ESG impacts present numerous challenges for organizations to navigate.

Changes of all types are inevitable within an organization and even seemingly small changes may have greater impacts than one realizes. The need to establish standardized, flexible, and accessible processes to manage changes, evaluate associated risks, notify impacted employees, and provide visibility into changes is more pertinent than ever. Organizations subject to Process Safety Management (PSM) regulations are required to follow Management of Change (MOC) processes; however, establishing a robust MOC program is beneficial to all organizations and can ultimately help prevent major violations and incidents.
