We currently have an opportunity for a HSEF Manager to champion Health and Safety and manage our assets / facilities.

As a HSEF Manager you will ensure that all safety critical processes and operations are complaint, safe and secure whilst meeting the demands that the building and the multi- site operation requires as our business continues to grow. You will be the champion of Health and Safety, Corporate Social Responsibility and Continuous improvement.

Strong leadership and communication skills are essential together with a proven track record in delivering HSEF and Corporate Social Responsibility improvements. Ideally NEBOSH qualified with IOSH as a minimum.

 

Key Skills and Attributes

  • NEBOSH Diploma & or IOSH qualified.
  • Proven track record in delivering HSEF and Corporate Social Responsibility improvements.
  • Ability to coach, mentor, inspire and influence colleagues to become safety champions.
  • Detail Oriented.
  • Proven managerial experience in maintenance work and asset / facilities management.
  • Good understanding of mechanical equipment, fire systems, stand-by emergency power, water treatment and relevant preventative maintenance programmes.
  • Ability to read and interpret building plans and specifications, draw plans and write specifications and cost estimates for building repair and minor building construction work.
  • Experience in writing company standards.
  • Good working knowledge of all company management accreditations ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.
  • Passionate about Health & Safety.
  • Strong Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent Numerical and IT skills.
  • Remains calm and focused under pressure.
