Who will I be working for…

What will I be doing…

The UK manufacturing site is the flagship of their 11 manufacturing facilities. It has 500 employees who are proud to have achieved ROSPA Gold accreditation for 6 years running. You will be charged with driving the HSE standards for this 60k m2 site and beyond. You will be an inspirational leader focused on leading all HSE activities. As well as ensuring alignment with the Group’s Health & Safety Excellence Framework, you and your team will drive safety innovation across the site.

You will mentor and manage your own team of EHS specialists and together, you will engage and encourage all management and operations stakeholders on the EHS priorities. You’ll set the EHS direction and targets for the entire site and will oversee any changes and training to reach these targets.

What skills / experience I will need…

Ideally, you will bring EHS Management experience with a high focus on behaviour based safety in a multi-stakeholder global environment. The new leader will have demonstrable experience of driving a safety culture in a production or assembly facility, familiarity with EHS related ISO standards, incident response and an ability to handle conflicting demands.

You will have a high attention to detail, an analytical mindset, be able to make decisions, be well organised with excellent collaboration and influencing skills.
