A man has been hospitalised with serious injuries after a glider crashed on take off in Monmouthshire.
Emergency crews were called after the glider flipped on take off at the South Wales Gliding Club near Usk.
Gwent Police say the man was taken to Morriston Hospital, in Swansea, and the Air Accident Investigation Branch have sent a team to investigate the accident.
