L’Oréal supported by ERM in association with OneWISH is conducting a global survey and interviews around diversity and inclusion within the Health & Safety profession. Link to the survey: https://lnkd.in/ea2CJ4HS
Following the survey, interviews are being conducted to understand and deep dive into the challenges for women in advancing their professional career. The first insights and outputs of this report will be exclusively shared and discussed at the OneWISH conference.
OneWISH launched in December 2020 to promote the work of, and amplify the voices of, women across the health and safety profession on a global scale. The coalition has gained real traction over the last nine months, as Anne Gardner-Aston, Chair, comments:
“We’re delighted to be running our second conference and highlighting the mental health factors in equity and inclusion, and we feel that Stress Awareness Week is a fitting time to do this. Attendees will truly benefit from the rich content, discussion and guidance.”
