Reproductive health is important for both men and women as it affects their overall physical, emotional, and social well-being. 🤰🏻🤱🏻 Unfortunately, many workplaces have reprotoxic hazards, potentially exposing workers to unacceptable levels of risk and endangering their health. ⚠️ Historically, the management of reproductive health risks followed the restriction of all female workers from any work with reprotoxic hazards. ♀️🚫In a modern and diverse workplace, such an approach is no longer practicable and is potentially discriminative. 👷👷♀️ Nowadays, a pragmatic risk-based approach is required to successfully manage reproductive hazards at work. ✅

This webinar aims to familiarise health and safety professionals with common chemical and non-chemical reprotoxic hazards that may be encountered at work. Common toxicity mechanisms of reprotoxic chemicals will be examined, and a pragmatic risk-based approach to managing occupational exposures to reprotoxic hazards will be presented.
